no zoom with scopes or binos

no zoom with scopes or binos

After yesterdays patch and the new DLC when I go in game I have no zoom in scopes of binos. I have rebooted my system and checked other games and apps and the mouse wheel works every where but COTW, worked great before update. Any thoughts?
