Treeing dogs and hog dogs

Post by wolfiesrule »

I think it would be cool if the scenthounds could tree animals such as raccoons. Also, pit bulls or some sort of bulldog for hog hunting?

Well we dont have raccoons, and what would be the use of having a hog dog, what would he do? Plus tearing apart a hog I don't consider really ethical.

Hog-hunting dogs have been suggested before, and while I'm sure there are many professional hunters that can do this efficiently and quickly, I doubt its general use is nearly ethical enough to be incorporated into the game.

Perhaps that's how you harvest that airborne Canada Moose from the first goose mission? ;)

I was thinking they'd release raccoons at the same time?

Any tree-dwelling animals would naturally be released at the same time the behavior itself is coded in.
