Yes. Near to the .300.
Single shot, good penetration, very accurate, but you can use the 12x scope too.
That's why i bought it(and because of the discount).

I bought a new laptop 2 days ago, and made some testings for the setting, how i can still play good, when this pig ran over my way :

I aimed between the eyes to test penetration when i hit the skull. It was at a range of : 188.07m (617.03ft) and still worked fine.

Good penetration/power.

I like it, even if i didn't like it from the first minute, but we are friends now

Edit: Forgot to mention what i voted: 5 - Excellent / a really great long range rifle ( with12x scope).

I love it, literally my only gripe with it is, I wish it could have been a double rifle, not a single, but that is irrelevant because that's more about personal taste.

Excellent rifle, pity you couldn't get it in the sale. It may be in one of the daily offers on the Christmas run in. Worth having. :P

My new favorite for long range, perfect for the 12x scope.

Great accuracy and power and very light in the inventory.

Also, permissible for almost anything.

Put down a whitetail male yesterday at 157,00m with a simple Body shot and 100% harvest value.

I really do love this rifle, going as far as to say it's my favorite

The harvest value was 0 due to the wound time being over a minute. The trophy integrity was 100% but that will always happen at that sort of distance.

It isn't. .300 has it beat on all accounts, 9.3x62 has more wounding power. How that changes at extreme in game ranges I am not 100% sure as it appears to hold its power quite well but for the distance shots are taken in this game it falls short of the big two.

With its accuracy and power at long range, you aim for the sweet spot and it's already harvest time.

I just love it.

Ah I see, never tried the .300 and I had a feeling it might be really strong, hence why I made sure to add "my personal feeling" :)

Feel an urge to buy the .300 now though. :P
