I think a Texas style map with big open farmland and pineywoods would be amazing. You could have WT deer, hogs, bobcat, coyote, dove, ducks, and Turkey. I would love to see a map like this. You could add ponds dotted around the map and big open fields where you could call in coyotes. If you added dove or quail they could hide in the talk grass.
Let me know if you think this is a good idea.

Not enough new species to be interesting to me. Everything is in WHI except for the doves & hogs, and after this next map releases, there'll be 5 hog maps.

Re: Texas plains and pineywoods Autumn Map
A Texas plains map without Pronghorn? No, thanks.
If a southern North America plains map (AZ, NM, TX) should be introduced to the game, then I'd say it should be because of the Pronghorn.
But because hunting the plains is all about long distance spot&stalk -which can't be realised in game due to render range- I am not eager to see anything like it in this game. It would be kind of boring.
But a Southern State map, e.g. New Mexico based, would be an awesome first map for theHunter classic 2. A part of the map Rockies with Mule deer and Elk, and a part plains with pronghorn and coyote, together with a drastically increased render range and an animal AI that's been adjusted in spooking and fleeing distance would make for a great game.
One could truly spot and stalk and due to distance and terrain management it would be a real challenge.
That'd be a great tHc2 map to start with, because it would offer new and known animals, together with new hunting styles but without rendering the maps of tHc immedately obsolete.
