Make the spinning faster on motion decoys

On our spinning wing decoys the rotation of the wings are way too slow. The real ones go so fast that it appears to be going up n' down however on these you can see the eindividual rotation of the wings making it unrealisitic.

Setting aside how much of a nit you're picking, I've always been under the impression that the in-game spinning decoys were wind-powered. So I'd guess that the speed of rotation should be dependent on the wind velocity.
