Snow Geese
I don't know if this has been suggested before, but i think snow geese would make excellent game bird in WRR. It would liven things up and would allow thehunter create waterfowl blinds in winter camo and make snow geese decoys an lures. The callers used for Canadian geese could be used on the snow geese. I would like to know what all yous think.

Re: Snow Geese
i think they would go in some Arctic Tundra biome, with other animals like bison and arctic foxes. So i think White-rime Ridge would be a perfect location.

Re: Snow Geese
Actually, Snow Geese can go almost anywhere. Their name derives from their coat, not habitat. It is common to see Snow Geese among Canada Geese, and Snow Geese winter in the central US (mostly, tho they can be found in the Eastern and Western as well). Snow Geese go up north to the tundras to breed. In a nutshell, Snow Geese would work in WRR, but since they are not inhabitants of Europe or are only found in small numbers, they COULD also go in HF along with the Canada Goose, but would be a little out of place since HF is based on Germany.

I personally wouldn't mind seeing a prairies map with Snow Geese. You could also throw in flocks of Canadas, Mallards, Pintails, Shovelers, the list goes on.

Re: Snow Geese
only problem with that is: snow geese are in Texas during the winter, not Alaska.denver wrote:i think they would go in some Arctic Tundra biome, with other animals like bison and arctic foxes. So i think White-rime Ridge would be a perfect location.
They are only in the Arctic during the summer.

Re: Snow Geese
Snow geese would be cool some where in the THC but I think Brent Geese (Brant) would be a better addition on Hirschfelden just to put more birds in the air so we don't wait so long between flocks. Or some other species of goose that can be found in Germany.
