Any chance of ATVs in Classic?

The ATV is not a bad idea, if the reserves were large enough to warrant it. The mechanics could be set up in such a way that they don't offer a hunting advantage other than transportation (i.e. you can't hold a weapon while you're riding, spook radius, long animations to dismount, etc). The reserves seem big enough on foot, but they'd get small in a hurry with an ATV. CotW, however, has huge reserves (7-8 times the size of Classic reserves) which were probably designed from the ground up to have ATV's, hence the numerous trails on their maps that suit them perfectly. In Classic, there are some reserves that have little to no trails (i.e. Hemmeldal, Bushranger's Run, VdB, RFF).

I do think a horse would be nice, but not sure if the current engine could do them justice.

Red Dead Redemption,Black Desert Online and Witcher 3 have amazingly animated beautiful horses. Maybe they can buy some models and animations from one of those companies

I'll agree on Witcher 3. I think the Assassin's Creed series makes a fine horse too. Battlefield 1 also does an amazing horse, but you're not on him much.

You're not kidding. I still have vivid dreams of going for a walk alone with her down along the dry creek bed. Her in her short shorts, shirt tied up above the waist, and me in my best camo. But she always had too damn many kin watchin' out for her, coming out of nowhere when things started to get steamy. Just like the sexy-chaste-virgin-but-no-bimbo that she was!
