Spooked Snowshoe Hare counts in Comp that requires unspooked

Description: The Snowshoe Hare competition You can’t see me! has the following requirement for an entry to count:
Harvest the highest scoring un-spooked Snowshoe Hare from under 10m (approx. 32 ft.)...
However when hares spook and hide, you can harvest them under 10m and they count for the competition. The status is "hiding".

Steps to Reproduce:
- Spook a snowshoe hare.
- Find it and move within 10m.
- Shoot it.

I've discovered the same thing during a hunt last night.
I did however use the tenpoint crossbow, so I does not seem to be connected to the weapon used.
Also, the hare did not have "fleeing" tracks, but all tracks where "roaming" even if the hare was indeed fleeing.
