Looks like a single terrain vertex got pulled down ~3m. Players and animals will be stuck if they fall in.

Reserve: Whitehart Island
Object: Terrain Texture Bug
Coordinates: X: -16000 Y: 8000 (It is really hard to tell where exactly it is because it's right in the ocean but very easy to see (trust me))

So there is a really huge terrain texture taller than Burj Khalifa looking out of the water in the ocean on Whitehart Island.

I think it isn't supposed to be there.
It looks like a 2D sea ground terrain texture but maybe the opacity of the terrain editor from the engine was set to high so it should not be a big problem to fix this. :D
