game crash for direct x12

Post by Omaigaa »

Hello, I have a problem with a direct x error and the game falls out. use win 10 pro and the direct x installed is version 12.
Has the same thing happened to someone who has been solved?
Thanks for the answers.

Is it only happening when you play on Whiterime Ridge? The developers are already trying to fix this. If it's also happening on other reserves, it'll be good to post your exact PC specs and/or contact support.

Sometimes it can be caused by high Anti-Aliasing or Anisotropic. I get this crash if I set either to x16 with GTX1050.

I just posted something similar a few days ago, I experience the same issues. Game crashes, "error" message and then DirectX window pops up, I click on all tabs and all results are the same "no problem found". I can`t even open TGT cause as soon as music starts playing while reserve is loading it would instantly crash. These issues started recently about 2 weeks ago and it got to the point that I feared using my tree stand cause game would crash when I least expected despite being able to get some good hunts every so often without any issues. My main concern is to find out if it`s the game or my machine.

My PC specs are:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 16299) (16299.rs3_release.170928-1534)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: B250M-DS3H
BIOS: F6
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 16344MB RAM
Page File: 5221MB used, 13553MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 12

I do not think it's the pc, it's surely incompatibility.
The thing is that until now nobody has been able to solve it unless you change your game resolution from the Launcher, but it would not be a solution either.
With win 7U and directx9 I never had problems, now I switched to win 10pro and directx12 and the errors started

There's absolutely nothing wrong with Win10. It's the most stable windows platform so far. That's not the issue here.

There I can see two different PCs with the same OS and the same problem. Just accidents? I dont think so.

It can be problematic, but there must be a way to fix it, when using win 7 ultimate it never had errors of this type, but so far I have not found the fault to directx12.
see you soon
