A new game has started with this account.

Was playing in VDB and got a message saying a new game has started with this account please end this game. I have never given my password out or traded an account. Is this a mistake or what? I left game and changed my password immediately!
Is there anyway someone on staff could see the connections on my account?
I've gone back and looked at my last hunt. I took 2 red deer and a roe doe. The first red was 162 score. I have the picture that says no score and does not come up in taken animals. I hope this is all a glitch going on.
