Retail version activation key does nothing

Retail version activation key does nothing

Hi!

I bought a 2016 retail version for my friend. When he uses the activation page, it displays the content of the retail version and says it will be added to his account. Then he selects 'add to existing account' and fills in his login data. The login is succesful, but the content nor the membership is not added to his account.

How can we resolve this issue?

You need to email [email protected] with the details. Nobody on the forum can assist, unfortunately.
